Brief Introduction of AAC block:

1. Aerated concrete block is a light and porous building material. It is based on cement, lime, slag, fly ash, and sand.

2. It is a kind of new environmental friendly construction material through ingredient pouring, gas forming expansion, cutting, autoclaved maintenance etc technology.

3. It has the features of light weight, high strength, good thermal insulation performance, heat resisting, fire protection, earthquake proof etc.

4. It can be made into many kinds of sizes e. G 600*200*125mm, 600*250*200mm, 600*300*100mm, 600*300*150mm, 600*300*200mm, 600*300*250mm.

5. They could be used in industry building and common building. As one of the earliest and most widely used materials, they are more and more popular in the world and they will replace the Clay brick completely.

AAC plant:

Autoclaved aerated concrete can be made by different technology according to raw material's category, quality and technological characteristics of main equipments. Generally, add some water into fly ash or silicon sand or slag, then grinding into slurry, then add into lime powder, proper cement, gypsum and foaming agent, foam stabilize, after mixed, pour into mould. After maintaining, foaming, solidifying, and cutting into various blocks. Then transport the AAC blocks to autoclave by autoclaved car, after high temperature and high pressure steam curing and maintaining, form the final products.
